  • Not necessarily! I can work with content you already have, or we can plan a Content Day to create fresh photo and video assets specifically for your brand and social media.

  • Absolutely. Content Days can be booked as a standalone service if you need a library of photos and short-form video to use across your own social media, website, or marketing.

  • Packages include management of one social media platform, with the option to add additional platforms as needed. I currently manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and can help determine which platforms make the most sense for your business.

  • Yes! Social media management can be provided remotely, so I’m able to work with businesses beyond DFW. Content creation and photography are primarily available throughout DFW, with travel available for select projects. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location and scope of the project.

  • Story support and community engagement are available as part of select social media management packages. The level of support varies by package, so we’ll determine what makes the most sense for your brand.

  • Social media works best with consistency and time to learn what resonates with your audience, so management services require a minimum commitment. We’ll go over the timeline, expectations, and next steps before you officially book.

  • For social media management, your signed agreement and first month’s payment are required to secure your start date. For standalone content services, a signed agreement and non-refundable 50% retainer are required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your session.

  • Heirloom is now primarily focused on social media management, content creation, and photography. Branding and website design may still be available on a limited basis for select projects and existing clients.
