Howdy! I’m Sarah, the creative behind Heirloom Media Co. I help small businesses show up online with intention through social media management, content creation, and photography. From building a thoughtful content strategy to creating the photos, videos, and visuals that bring it to life, my goal is to make showing up consistently feel a whole lot easier.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date or timeframe in mind, especially if you need your photos by a specific date. Availability varies throughout the year.

  • A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due prior to your session.

  • I’m based in Frisco, Texas and photograph sessions throughout the DFW area. Travel outside of DFW is also available for select sessions, with additional travel fees depending on the location.

  • I don’t put a strict cap on the number of images in your final gallery. You’ll receive a curated collection of the best images from your session, fully edited and delivered through an online gallery.

  • Absolutely! I’m happy to help with location ideas and outfit guidance so your session feels cohesive while still feeling like you.

  • For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast as your session approaches. If the weather makes it difficult or unsafe to shoot, we’ll work together to reschedule.
