hi, i’m sarah

I create brands, websites, and content that feel like you—simple, cohesive, and easy to actually use.

Heirloom Media Co. came from a mix of things—my background in marketing, a lifelong love of creativity, and a season of big life change.

After becoming a mom while working full-time, I started feeling a pull to build something of my own. Around the same time, people began reaching out for help with branding and creative work. What started small quickly grew, and eventually it became clear—this was something I was meant to pursue.

Heirlooms are lasting, intentional, and meant to be held onto.

Why “Heirloom”?

The name Heirloom comes from the idea that the things we create should be lasting and meaningful—something you hold onto, not something you replace in a year.

In a world where trends come and go quickly, I believe good design and good photography should feel timeless. It should feel like you. It should tell a story. And it should still feel right years from now.

That’s how I approach every project—whether I’m building a brand, capturing a family, or creating content for a business. Thoughtfully, intentionally, and with the bigger picture in mind.

Because the most meaningful brands and the most meaningful visuals aren’t just beautiful—they’re lasting.

visual storytelling is about more than just making something look pretty.

Branding is more than a logo—it’s how your business is experienced.

The strongest brands are built where strategy and story meet. They’re clear, intentional, and still feel personal.

What makes heirloom different?

I approach every project with both strategy and story in mind. I don’t just want things to look good, I want them to make sense, communicate clearly, and feel true to the people behind them.

Because I have a background in marketing, branding, and photography, I’m able to look at the bigger picture. Your brand isn’t just a logo, and your photos aren’t just photos—they’re all part of how people experience your business and your story.

That’s why I often blend branding, photography, and content together. When everything is created with the same vision in mind, your business feels more cohesive, more professional, and more like you.

My goal is always to create work that is thoughtful, strategic, and meaningful.

A young woman with long dark hair and a bright smile, wearing a green sweater and polka dot pants, is sitting on the floor against a pink background. She is holding a large iced coffee in one hand, raised excitedly, and has various items scattered around her including books, a camera, a disco ball, a smartphone, and some papers.

At the end of the day, I just love helping people bring their ideas to life in a way that feels clear, meaningful, and easy to show up with.
